Faulty products

In compliance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission’s standards on refunds, we are more than happy to offer you a replacement for your vibrating toy if it is in any way faulty, in the 14 days following your purchase with a receipt.

Returning faulty products

Before you send back any “Faulty” product may we first ask you to follow a few simple testing points as follows.

We find that very often (up to 70% of the time!), there is a simple solution and many seemingly faulty toys can be easily fixed by taking due care.

  • Make sure you have the batteries in correctly this is the most common cause of malfunction.

  • Make sure the cap is tightly closed! (Especially for waterproof products)

  • Check battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress.

  • Check contacts for corrosion: a greenish colour on the metal of the battery contact.

If, after checking all the above points, your toy is still not buzzing, we will gladly replace it.

For your information:

  • Prolonged use may result in motor failure due to overheating.

  • Use of rechargeable batteries is the most common cause of “vibrator burnout”. We recommend that only heavy duty batteries are suitable for use in your adult toys and novelty products.

  • All products at Sanctuary Haus are battery checked to ensure they are in good working order when you receive them.

All of our toy products are high quality, but if for any reason they don’t seem to be working properly; please bring the toy, (along with all attachments) and your receipt back to us at the store so the fault can be determined. Note – all rechargeable toys require a 2 hour charge at the store before any fault can be determined.
